Our Palermo office is situated in the centre of the historic city, just steps from Piazza Marina, the renowned Giardino Garibaldi, and the iconic Ficus macrophylla, one of the largest trees in Europe. The area is also near the seafront, the Foro Italico, and the newly redeveloped Trapezoidal Pier, offering a unique mix of history, culture, and Mediterranean lifestyle.
Via del Quattro Aprile is part of Borgo Strafalè, a distinctive open-air art project featuring trompe-l’œil paintings and murals inspired by traditional Sicilian life, historic scenes, and everyday Palermo culture. If you come to visit us, you will appreciate it.

Our Milan office is located at Piazza Duca d’Aosta 12, directly opposite Milano Centrale, one of Italy’s main transport hubs. This location offers quick access to the city’s business districts, key residential areas, and international connections.
While our real estate activities are focused exclusively on Sicily, our Milan office primarily handles Tax and Legal matters and serves as a convenient meeting point for clients based in or travelling through Northern Italy.
