OUR TEAM
Marco Maugeri
Graduated in Business Management at Brighton University; master’s degree at UCD Dublin in Accounting & Financial Management; CIMA chartered accountant.
Postgraduate experience in the international tourism business. Careful follower of real estate trends and investments. Fluent in English.
Marco spent eight years in the UK and Ireland, where he completed his international education and began his professional career.
He fell in love with Sicily as a child, thanks to his strong family connections to the island. He decided to settle in Sicily due to its potential, energy, and quality of life.
He loves sport, nature, good company, and cooking.
Biting Xu
Graduated in Financial Management at the Minzu University of China in Beijing; master’s degree at UCD Dublin in Accounting & Financial Management.
Postgraduate experience in the tech industry. Fluent in English and Chinese.
Biting completed a full international education, earning a master’s degree and working in Ireland for four years.
She fell in love with Sicily through Marco and is convinced that it is the best place on earth to live.
As Marco, she loves sport, nature, good company and cooking.
Claudio Maugeri
Graduated in law and economics, with extensive experience in consultancy for international investors across various sectors, including real estate, land, agriculture, and tourism.
Chartered accountant and tax advisor. Fluent in German and English, with basic proficiency in French.
Born in Germany to a Sicilian father and a German mother, he spent much of his life commuting between Germany, Sicily, and Milan, where he established his professional career.
He loves sports and music and has a deep knowledge of — and passion for — Sicily, its history, culture, and traditions.
My House in Sicily offers real estate, legal, and tax advisory services. Marco and Biting handle property management, property searches, and real estate consultancy, while Claudio specialises in legal and tax advice, supported by his team in the Milan branch.

Palermo – Via del Quattro Aprile 14
Our Palermo office is situated in the centre of the historic city, just steps from Piazza Marina, the renowned Giardino Garibaldi, and the iconic Ficus macrophylla, one of the largest trees in Europe. The area is also near the seafront, the Foro Italico, and the newly redeveloped Trapezoidal Pier, offering a unique mix of history, culture, and Mediterranean lifestyle.
Via del Quattro Aprile is part of Borgo Strafalè, a distinctive open-air art project featuring trompe-l’œil paintings and murals inspired by traditional Sicilian life, historic scenes, and everyday Palermo culture. If you come to visit us, you will for sure appreciate it.
Milano – Piazza Duca d’Aosta 12
Our Milan office is located at Piazza Duca d’Aosta 12, directly opposite Milano Centrale, one of Italy’s main transport hubs. This location offers quick access to the city’s business districts, key residential areas, and international connections.
While our real estate activities are focused exclusively on Sicily, our Milan office primarily handles Tax and Legal matters and serves as a convenient meeting point for clients based in or travelling through Northern Italy.
Of course, our services also cover medium and long-term rental solutions.
